I worked in the home rather senior-care for over annually and that I should state I had been among the not many great experienced care-givers they had. I wouldn't suggest house rather senior-care for the love types or even the types you keep precious for your center since they don't care which kind of people they employ however they are about earning money and themselves. They dont actually worry about there workers particularly those like me who have been genuinly thoughtful about my people, getting excellent care of these and ensuring I usually did a great job. Its so sad how they short-change there companies who perform overnight by spending them 65 bucks for 12 hrs a night. They are undoubtedly my toughest company actually i promise. What truly hurt me soooo poor is lately I required them to complete a confirmation form declaring that I'm longer used together to ensure that I really could get health advantages free of charge for my children. They explained to depart the shape plus they might signal it on confirmation evening that will be friday and so I quit it plus they were suspose to load it out and send it to human services and so they never did. I named them-and question them why they didnt signal the shape and fax it. They set somebody who stated she was the operater of the organization about the telephone and he or she was actual chilly to me. She said we choose to not signal yours, she stated the organization didnt need to when they didn't need to. How unprofessional is that. I was a great caregiver for them-and they did me like this all since I quit there organization to locate greater opportunities. How unprofessional but what circles comes around and that I wish to provide all of you the advantage of comprehending that they're no-good for the love kinds and that I imply that from my heart since I worry about others. I hope each goes along simply because they don't deserve to stay business
