Mistreatment of employee

I've experienced the shop twice once the supervisor has screamed at-one about the parttime employees. Not silently or within the office. This worker continues to be there for atleast two years. She is definitely pleasent and helpfull. This woman operates a complete period job. Besides this part-time one. I have no idea where he was educated, but I do'nt believe it it right for him to become shouting before customers. I am right in the centre of three diverse Ceremony Helps, plus a number of other medication stores. If I observe this again I'm planning else-where.
