Deceit, harrassment by hostility

In after six decades using the organization, deceit and violence required around and there is no confidence or regard. I had been bullied by harassing violence from several inside the organization for 3 years. I had been refused yearly work performance evaluations with my immediate boss since 2008 though I repeatedly requested for them. Our immediate boss explained to my encounter she'd unknown just how to use me for 2 decades which my placement had run its program. After I submitted for unemployment benefits, I had been refused. The corporation had become harmful to my brain, body and spirit. The organization dismissed demands to get a reference notice. I've copies of e-mail conversation with myself and two of the organization people, one actually declaring that I'd have the ability to gather advantages nevertheless which was false. I'm presently within the appeal procedure and am confused how I had been refused the advantages within the first place.
