Being disrespected

I've worked in retail for 30 years and that I haven't been thus disrespected and humiliated by one organization. I've been screamed at on the ground before clients by two people of the administration group, screamed at with a person in Losing Reduction team on the ground before clients which associate threatened to end me. I had been provided a this past year and was compelled to provide it back since I had been employed following a particular day. I've been punished for placing telephone calls to the supervisor once the celebration about the different finish requested to consult with the supervisor and on May 25, I had been requested an extremely individual issue in-front another worker. I actually do need to excuse myself to visit the bathroom and certainly will contiue to do this of the requirement arises. This shop has already established numerous grievances from present and former workers and noone has had the full time to deal with them. I'll not endure being voiced to with such disrespect with no regards to my emotions anymore from the administration group or other people. If further motion isn't absorbed this issue, I'll have to go one-step more.
