Treatment of there employees

There's an extremely youthful supervisor there, age is not the issue whatsoever. The way in which he treats his workers and clients get me. They not have 2 people within the am, only one woman who's there constantly. I move there alot and everyone has aid, she doesn't! While he's there do not bother to contact you are able to NEVER cope with he's on that telephone constantly you are able to hear him talkin and it is individual calls. I've noticed him contact his workers useless, silly, sluggish, ect. Whenever a client comes with an issue his reaction is "should you choosenot enjoy it that you don't need to store here." I am not convinced thatis advantageous to bussiness. Him and his assitant are far more concerned about designing the shop for vacations and replacing work and toilet in the place of looking at expired food and pricing there items with proper pricing or ANY pricing at-all! Being that they are obviously troubled when questioned just how much somthing is. For that report these issues have now been switched in before... I suppose client satisfaction is not a concern there.
