Unfair treatment/firing of employee

I'd been employed by Sonic within my high school profession, then when I got annually down after-school, I normally used there. I'd just been familiar with operating carhop responsibilities, however they set me on feature quickly the bat, stating that being truly a carhop was "gained, " enjoy it had been a supervisor, or anything. At-one stage, a woman operating being an associate supervisor explained togo house since I had been annoying her with my concerns. The remainder of the carhops and features were completely rude in my experience, spoken amongst themselves, and texted a great deal while on-duty. Originating from operating full time and at qualified institutions, it was COMPLETELY unprofessional. I got dismissed since I, and I estimate, "was difficult to work well with and served unprofessional." Not once had the administration encouraged me for almost any objective, or for instance actually talked in my experience when it comes to any problems they may have with might work ethic. I visited the institution lately, and also the same everyone was working there.
