I have purchased a Vinotemp cooling device also it smashed down in under annually so-called set for support and talked having a customer support representative Diane and he or she was rude, held me on-hold after which could not support! And so I got the system towards the manufacturer in Compton so when I arrived directly into request the supervisor Christine and he or she was shouting a cursing at her very own workers! Never seen something want it before. I slipped the system for repairs and also the supervisor explained I'd to cover the components and work though it was under guarantee! I'll never purchase their items again, horrible support!
