I work with Crossmark for nearly 3 years. The very first couple of years where great. Several small problems in some places. I actually do solution presentations within the Wal Mart stores. Crossmark has agreement for the wal mart and Mike's membership shops. I caused my partner for nearly 2 yrs. We'd great put up heading it had beennot shattered do not fix it. Had plenty of regular clients. We got fresh boss and he or she choose she did not need couple employed in same shops together so that they dismissed him since he declined to generate 61 miles to a different store. 30 days later I had been dismissed to be FALSITY charged of misconduct with wal mart worker.

I'm suppose to-go in factory to obtain my items to demonstration for that evening. I came across the merchandise and was placing it in my own wagon to buy plus one of the factory workers got up-to me wondering what I had been doing. I informed her obtaining item to demonstration. She said you cant get that. I stated is not it a merchant item she said yes. For 3 years I've been informed merchant items are not in program and that I may take to buy them. Yes if it weren't merchant I'd need to get it closed out. She stated no-you need to have it signal out I stated okay signal it out. She said she cant.

There is just 5 containers to draw and that I had additional items that day-so I stated I'll not demonstration theses nowadays and that I will discover out what's the right way for the next time. And so I place the 5 containers back and continued with my evening.

There is no shouting no-load sounds. Slightly confusion. Nobody actually mentioned other things in my experience that evening. Actually supervisors got up spoken and got their examples. I usually offered them large examples to create them content. If there is an issue why-didn't shop supervisors come speak with me.

Nicely after I got house one hour later my boss named and stated he had a need to keep in touch with me about my battle today.

I began thinking and stated oh my gosh you've got to become kidding me. And discussed what happened and questioned what did you need to do to back me-up. He explained nothing it out-of his fingers it is my term against theirs and because wal mart would be the types who crossmark are under agreement with, we've to hear them. And so I stated anytime they are able to simply create anything up and we're attached.

He wished me to complete my last two occasions for that weekend after which I'll be out-of Work when Corporate gets the statement.

I told him I'dnot move in since I'm so ill concerning the entire point.

If they're not hearing me and supporting me-up and utilizing me simply because they don't have any body otherwise to complete the activities for weekend. Basically am so poor why could he need me there anymore whatsoever. Then what goes on the next time they lay. Do not they understand we're there to assist them market items. I bent over backwards to create wal mart workers pleased offered them large examples. Assisted them if need help.

The administrators never contact you back or react to your emails.

Okay about wal mart, I observed firsthand the misuse the supervisors and administrators provide there great workers. They shout at all of them the full time. One day I observed mind store-manager shouting at worker and then day the organization big-shot was there and also the worker strolled by and also the shop manger taps her on back stated possess a fantastic evening. Several hours later after corporate left and store-manager "D" screamed at her again. Exactly what a phony display he did also make him-self seem great before corporate.

Crossmark isn't reasonable they just be worried about them selfs. Workers are only several. They have to proceed Marriage!!!
