I'm really confirming this with respect to my cousin. She's an emplyee at Sallyis, and it has been operating there since December. While she was employed, the preveious supervisor was conscious that she was epileptic. Well this new supervisor is extremely rude. She claims rude comments about my siblings sexual orintation, her epilepcy, and it has cut her hours to only 9 hours per week. Additional workers have attended the manager and stated my sibling might have a number of theirs, however the supervisor. Simply claims no!!! The supervisor. Wispers behind my siblings back, understanding my sibling may notice her, and reduces her down-like a young child in from of clients and team. She's handled just like a kid. She also makes homosexual comments when she believes my cousin can not hear her. I also wish to protest concerning the DM, since she'snot doing something about this. Our sibling is affraid of losing her work, but it has to prevent. Our sibling isn't being treated fairly. We're likely to document a using the work panel on both supervisor and Dm quickly. What else could we do? Perhaps authorized motion?
