I began with dart in August of 08. I did so very well with them. Liked my work. I got injured while providing @ GP in Cleveland, Texas in July 09. GP being 1 of Darts greatest customers I had been attempting to negotiate things silently. GP was stating dart was accountable because of somthing within the contract while Dart was stating GP was neglect reading the agreement. Effectively the harm to my leg was cut however in July i attempted to return to function since I didnt wish to shed my vehicle and my loved ones was used-to a particular lifestyle.in mid Sept. I rcvd a safe-driving honor. Although house on March 09 I required a disability placard from my Doctor since I had been still sporting an ACL support and we were engaging in poor weather period. I returned on the street. On Oct 17 I had been being informed that safty required me to come quickly to the Texas lawn that it'd somthing related to records and me retaking a safty course I said good. I obtain a weight and check out Texas. After I make it happen I Determine well imma hv to become below for this course may as well set my vehicle on within the store and obtain the job i needed done done. I set my vehicle within the freightliner and headed towards the hotel. They contact me in to the workplace for what's said to be a logbook course since I'd changed to thier new pplnet program. After I enter there they questioned easily had created a u-turn in sumwhere WI. I said yes I created a u-turn from the u-turn lane why. They advised me it had been against organization plan to create u-turns and they were closing my agreement. I had been like I managed to get from the Uturn street they advised me it didnt issue that Uturns were banned but wouldn't show-me were it stated that. I told them that 1 when they were shooting me for that they might hv dismissed me b4 i went house and got the disability label. I'd only got the safe-driving honor plus they wait till I want a disability label to fire me. I was still doing my work. Was not late on masses, was really often early for loads and awaiting next 1s. Dart doesn't remain behind thier companies when things happen.
