No bathroom breaks when needed

I am a periodic worker and Kohl's supervisors won't provide us necessary breaks. I've worked five hours with no break after repeatedly requesting your bathroom break. It's a OSHA legislation that people get toilet breaks each time they are essential... Observe OSHA 29 CFRToilet amenities. 1910.141. (d) (1)... I signed-off the register and informed the supervisor I'd to have a toilet break; she directed her hand at me and explained to obtain back on that register since we'd clients, despite the fact that there have been two additional registers still available. This is actually the problems we've to work-in due to the economy. Companies believe they are able to spend minimum salary and handle workers in whatever way they please.
