Our name is Chonya Hanna, I'm an ex-employee of FSNB in Rockingham, NC. And my criticism is from November 10. I received a sign in the email in the Apollo Team, and that I went in to the department to deposit it, even though there, I popped a brand new consideration since my past one was shut because of inactivity. Nevertheless when I had been being "experienced", I had been informed that the account wasn't to become shut except on the zero stability. I actually donot remember the precise quantity, but I believe it had been like 80 some strange pennies. But anyway, which was not really a zero stability. Then I had been informed that Iv'e been billed some costs. But that's not what I've the issue with my issue arrived after I was informed that my email had been delivered towards the Postoffice due to a difficulty with my handle. But it was/is complicated in my experience since I've existed only at that handle For 2 decades. I receive all my other email. And that I thought, how could it be that after I quit the financial institution my claims were being delivered towards the Postoffice? I simply cannot determine that out. Thus then I named and spoke to some number of individuals, plus they could not help me so then I talked with Ms. June Kelly, and he or she explained that being an employee, I ought to have realized that my email had been delivered. I had been like nicely how was I to understand that, after I could not notice my very own consideration, and not just that I actually did some dealings with numerous tellers, and never one of these actually explained that my email had been delivered towards the Postoffice. Hmm.

Our only problem with this particular entire point is if my email had been delivered, how was it that I had been ready to receive my CERTIFICATION from wherever I reduced my mortgage? Hmm. I finished spending my mortgage after I quit the financial institution. So just how did that occur?
