Unfairness of Employees

About 14 days before I was dealing with my worker called Atul (30yrs old) and that Iam 19 years old and he'd requested me towards the films. I mentioned no since I've a sweetheart and he served good towards me and explained to load the kooler twice and consider trash out and so I did. The following day my supervisor explained that Atul mentioned used to donot do any function that day, that we believed was rediculous since I had been continuously working that day. I spoke to my storeowner Sagar about this and he explained he might quickly discover another person for that work and he explained I'd to apologize to Atul. Atul had also attempted to hug my co-worker Louise and informed her he liked her and desired to marry her-but he explained no since she's a sweetheart with two kids. This week I had been just provided twenty four hours after I usually get 32-40 hours of function.in my opinion this is extremely unjust but I can't keep in touch with my employer any further about that. When there is anything I will do please allow me to understand since at this time I'm caught in an exceedingly unjust scenario and that I don't understand how to solve this without stopping the task.
