The Overall Manager as of this shop punishes workers once they request time-off. If a worker demands each day down, she'll not plan them to work with months at the same time.

Lately a worker as of this shop had a household crisis and had a need to fly-out of condition to get a memorial. After returning in the memorial, this worker wasn't placed on the routine for 2 weeks since the General Supervisor informed her that she was unreliable.

This Can Be A poor spot to function plus they don't handle the workers properly.
