Pre-selecting interviewies

Buddy of mine was selecting to get a work. He was against 3 others. One was his child-in law. These were selecting to get a work whilst the Merchandising Delivery Group shop boss available 1410 in Mt. House, AR. Despite the fact that he was clearly more competent than anyone else selecting he didn't obtain the work. I dont know if he wasn't chosen b/d he'd been really ill and have been unemployed for over a third of the entire year, or if they're responsible of ageism (that will be not choosing candidate b/d of their era.) Home Website continues to be responsible previously of pre-choosing candidates (I understand from expertise) so it's without doubt in my own brain the meeting doesn't imply PORT. They clearly had their option right from the start. This meeting and homedepot should certainly think before they spend individuals time and initiatives. Providing them with hope that they are gonna get employment if you find already a pre-chosen candidate waste on homedepot for allowing this to occur.
