Unauthorized deduction from Bank

I had been interested to have a look in a Disc Printed/offered by Google on earning money at home. The only real price was delivery and that I accepted a cost of $1.97 from my banking account. I never obtained the Disc and 14 days later another $72.27 was taken from my banking account. I named, terminated and was informed I'd get a reimbursement in 7-10 days. The 10th time might have been May 13th. No term from their store plus they haven't delivered my income. I named them back and was informed they attempted to return the cash which entry was refused by my lender plus they wouldn't make an effort to return my money again. I named the financial institution to confirm that Google had created the endeavor and Chase Bank stated no test have been produced by Google to return my income. LIARS!!! Fraud!!! Beware! Our lender is following-up with BBB and certainly will inform the of deceptive expenses by the corporation.
