Over working and underpaying employees

I work for this company that manufactors and ships car products for Hyundai. Koreans run this place and treat workers like slaves. They cut the number of workers in half and doubled the amount of production required, expecting one worker to work on two machines in injection.in glass, the assembler does not have a relief to take her place during breaks and they are required to keep the machine running, so when the assembler returns, there is a great deal of work to get down. Many workers are being required to stay 13 hours or more. 12 hours is supposed to be the limit that a worker is required to stay. They shouldn't expect more than they are willing to give either. $9.00/hr is the starting pay, and you have to wait a whole year for just a 50 cent raise. After that, you recieve no more for another year, which is just another 50 cents. They are also very greedy about keeping the temperature comfortable. The machines make the place very hot, so they should give us some air, but they don't, even in the breakroom... But their office is cool. The place is very unmanaged. Although they have many supervisors and leads, they are untrained, recieving the job when they first walked in, while people who have worked the longest, still have the same assembly jobs that they first started with, because the employers do not want to retrain. Companies are supposed to allow people to bid for jobs, and people with the most senority are supposed to recieve it.
