Iam currently a worker at this service, iam very disapointed and feel utilized. I i am a material handler within the third change. Our boss marcos bill changed me to get a new worker. I've requested different positions at nicepak and also have not been giving a chance because of my boss stating bad things about me. Simply because i dont due individual favors or bring presents. This boss doesn't understand how to talk to people in a respectful way. It's come to a place that i don't like going to work-but i actually do it for your money. I've spoken to my marriage representetive and he will follow me but does nothing about this so what can i actually do. Please help me
