Charges to my visa check card

I had been billed for a work at home info bundle about four weeks before but still haven't obtained the informtion which was required, or taken care of. Google Cash has billed my credit check card twice for that same quantity of $72.12 whole equalling $124.44. This really is really poor business exercise and that I want to learn how to get my stolen cash! Please assist a dad of ten!!!
