Phony charges on checking account

I had been billed $1.97 on 3/30/09 to get a work from home plan to provide Google links. I had been designed to get a contact providing me info which never arrived. Our bank account was subsequently debited another $72.21 on 4/6/09 that was unauthorized. I've documented this to my lender as scam and that I need assist in ensuring this scam isn't repetitive. There are many additional grievances about that plan about the issues panel.
