False termination

I published a notice of grievances to be resolved by H.R. That was training the open-door policy. I worked there nearly 2 yrs with no write up or spoken or any reprimand of any sort. The following workday I had been named to H.R. @ 10 A.M. After being in snackbar on my own all day since 7 A.M. And was informed dismissed please watch for check outside. I inquired what for, no cause was handed except "at-will worker" no explanation required. I believed that revealing my issues (that was happening since july) to administration after waiting over 8 weeks for my immediate supervior to deal with scenario without outcomes was not being uncommon. People explained I'd be dismissed easily did. I study notice by time about that also it mentioned that they're not able to retaliant in firing to get a criticism. However they were really aggressive and robbed me in my own final check. They chose to tackle notice by reducing my full-time routine to 2 times per week.
