Retaliation firing after discrimination complaint

I worked for KMart drugstore in Santa Fe, New Mexico from 1996 to 1998. I had been harassed at work. I documented this harassment and was tried by being created up for issues I'd done wrong. Used to do not have the issue was solved and so I visited New Mexico individual solutions to record this. Two nights later I had been dismissed for "different factors".

In this 2-year periodthat I worked there, I had been sexually harassed with a pharmacist, Joe Simmons. I visited the supervisor of the shop, John Weisinger.
