Issue with Morning Temp Project Calls Accusations and Opinions

PBM, also known as Perfect Building Maintenance, needs to make changes to their process of contacting temps for morning hours. As an employee, I used to receive text messages in the morning for temp assignments. However, it doesn't make sense for me to be up at 4 in the morning for only 28 spots when there are plenty of spots available in the afternoon, which is commonly referred to as the swing shift.

I want to clarify that PBM is not a scam, but they do need to improve their communication with temps for morning assignments. While I understand that some people may be able to wake up for these early hours, there is a significant chance that there won't be work for most of the month for temps like me. This can lead to being timed out or laid off. Not everyone is capable of waking up at 4 am for morning work. Instead, I would prefer to receive assignments for later hours.

A lot of this information was given verbally by those in charge of assigning work and onboarding temps.
