Employee Upset Over No Raise and Reduced Vacation Hours

In the 8 yrs I have been there I have never been so disappoint with Macy's until recently. First they don't give me a raise one year and the following they reduce my vacation days, I don't use them much but I do use them. And this year they did it again with my vacations but this time it was my hours. Last year I had over and now I have less than 100? What kind of crap is that?
