Not opening on time - customer service

Every morning I attempt to go to Burger King for breakfast on Summit Ave.in Jersey City, NJ. The sign says 7:00AM but they are never ready to open at that time. I have to be at work and cannot wait for employees to get to their jobs on time. That is what the manager so rudely says when someone knocks on the door to get in. You are missing alot of money in the morning and I am forced to go somewhere else. Very bad business.
