Franchise Owner's Restaurants Fail Cleanliness Standards

They own numerous franchises in the area representing McDonald's. However none of them could ever meet the stringent standards other local corporate owned restaurants have. It makes the employees appear to be bad workers but really is due to extremely poor leadership of the upper management and owner.
