Arby's Minocqua, Wisconsin - Arby's baked potato

I have enjoyed Arby's food and courteous service for many years. My need to travel and eat on the run has made me a frequent customer of fast food restaurants. I'm sure we have all noticed that with these dire economic times many business's have chosen to down size portion's, control the amount of sugar or creamer given or even add charges to condiments that at one time were taken for granted. On August 15 my partner ordered an Arby's baked potato which came with generous portion's of cheese and broccoli. I ordered a baked potato with butter. When I asked for additional butter I was told there already was butter on the potato which I never questioned. I just wanted an additional butter as is provided by the majority of food providing business's. The employee who appeared accommodating asked her manager who would supply the additional butter but wanted an additional $1.06. Take it or leave it! I left the potato and I left the facility with no intention of ever returning there. Maybe it seems petty but service and value are significant in how one chooses to spend their own precious time and cash. I for one am tired of being "nickeled and dimed". I don't need attitude added to it.
