Quailty Street Carts ripoff

I order a hotdog cart from this company. Sent a check and the check was cashed and waited for my cart for 3 months. 10-15 days delievery, they said they would pay me 500, $ for the time lost have warrenties insuses wont even accept my calls, bad company to buy from. They don't have the respect to call me and say hey here ya go to make up for my lost time and warrenties.
