Troy from Columbia SC is the worst waiter in the world! - employee at restaurant

We always go to Longhorns on Decker Blvd in Columbia SC on weekends and order the Flo's Filet steak. Unfortunately, we got stuck with Troy as our waiter. He stood behind the bar, laughing and joking with his friends for 10 minutes until my husband had to call him over to ask to take our order. He got one of the other girls to get our salads while he yacked with his friends. Other girls filled our drink order and brought the steaks, which were not cooked right. We asked for bread twice and... You guessed it - he never brought it. Another girl brought us bread (because we're regular customers there.) Another girl rang up our order because she saw us waiting and waiting and felt sorry for us and volunteered to help us since he ignored us. I don't know what was the problem - we didn't talk bad to him - we were very polite to him. He only had 3 customers, but he was busy with his friends. He flirted with the 3 girl customers before us and told them he'd give them a $1 discount when they come back. What a loser! Very disappointing. We're shopping for another restaurant. Food is good though.
