Unclean bathroon

My family and I went to the Applebees in Norco. I went to use the bathroom and the first stall had throw up all over the toilet, the other stall was plugged up. I immediately had our waitress inform the manager. She came over and apologized. Meanwhile, I still had to use the bathroom, so I waited about 10 minutes and went back and they still had not been cleaned.By this time, I really needed to go but the smell made me nauseous so I waited longer. Our food came out and the mozarella sticks were so cold. I was really disappointed with the urgency about cleaning up the bathrooms.in the end, I ended up just holding it until I left. I would rather have had the manager go clean it up versus her coming to apologize to me. No one else should have had to ensure that sight or smell.
