BurgerKing & their Ignorant Managers - Crispy Chicken Tenders

I ordered a meal, i had BURGER KING FB on my iphone that said "BurgerKing is offering Free Crispy Chicken Strips this week!" 05/07. I pay for my order and request the chicken sample, & the manager agreed to it, but another manager out of NO WHERE walks over after lookin at the screen and says i cant have the sample, so the cashier (employee) (tries to explain to him that YES BURGER KING IS GIVING OUT THE CHICKEN SAMPLE STILL, & he ignorantly says no i'm not interested in reading no cellphone coupons. The employee is trying to tell him "but its not a coupon its a deal thats still going on"he ignores the employee tell me "Hes not going to read the cellphone advertisement" even after the other manager stated it was okay & had already placed it in my bag. I ask him repeatedly to give me his name, because i was going to make a complaint about this occurence. & he refused stating "im not the manager covering right now anymore, the other manager is (who had already approved the sample)" i was extremely heated, the fact that i wasnt getting my food i already paid for. After he repeatedly told me he wasnt the manager covering & that was his sorry ass reason for not giving me his name, but he was able to make demands about a sample being offered but wasnt in charge. I was ready to ask for a refund on my food. He was being very IGNORANT telling me "I want your ID from you". After i had requested his name. I am HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED in what happened today, i didnt even care about the sample anymore it was the ignorance i was recieving from a manager & the with holding of my PAID FOR FOOD. I dont believe i'll be returning to this Burger king ever again, or even interested in any new food items that arise. P.
