Slowest food service

I have been sitting in the McDonalds drive threw for 34 minutes and wad just told to wait in the parking lot for another 8 minutes to receive 4 dollar menu burgers, and two drinks. This is at the corner of Kipling and Colfax in Lakewood Colorado. I honestly have no idea how this place is still standing! Very poor service, they are slower than Texas road house would be cooking me a steak, and the smell and overall cleanliness is awful! This specific location should be shut down! I've never had a problem with Mickey D's, but this one is horrible! Somebody please do something!
