The Help (questionable)

I am a weekly customer and usally in the mid morning. At the two stores in White Bear Lake and Maplewood Mall in the St. Paul Minnesota area. There isn't much difference regarding service. The young help behind the counter are nice enough but totally inadequate to handle a simple transaction. Unless I say the number of the selection listed on the register key pad, they stumble! Invariably if I want just a sandwich and coffee or don't want mayo on my fish, they need to call the manager. I travel through Wisconsin occasionally and no matter where it is the same scenerio. Training would help, please.
