Improvement needed

I find myself needing needing to say something. At least once a week I stop at my local store for a breakfast sandwich. We customers all gather like cattle milling around, not knowing who is next, looking at someone standing there either waiting for an order or wondering who should make a move and then when the order is placed, needing to reach in between others to grab your tray hoping it's yours. You need to do some serious planning! Burger King and Taco Bell and Arby's have rails to guide you as you make your decision and channel the herd through the process with one pick up point and number called. This is one suggestion but surely better than how you are doing it.
