Rip-offs off credit card numbers!

IN June. I ordered a Pizza from my local Pizza Hut, which I did quite often. I ordered one on the 15th of June and then on the 17th. I viewed my online bank statement several days later, and saw that I was billed for Pizza orders on the 15th, 16th and 17th of June. I contacted Pizza Hut, and spoke to a Debra Barnes, I informed her that I was billed for a Pizza on the 16th, that I did not make or order for $33.91, and I wanted to know how someone could take my debit card and use it without my permission.

She tried to tell me that I made that order, which I told her I did not, and I would know, well I learned they take your debit card and use it as a credit card. Therefore, a signature is required. Anyway, she told I would not get my money back. That was when I really got upset. I did not understand how someone can steal my money, and then tell me I would not get it back. She told me she would review the receipts, and determine if the signatured matched. I wondered at that time, if she was an expert at signature forgeries. Anyway she said she would get back to me. As of this date I have never heard from anyone at Pizza Hut.

I contacted my bank, and explaind to them the situation, so they automatically filed a dispute against Pizza Hut. I was refunded my money from my bank, and it's in their hands now. I also learned from my bank, they checked all the entries I made from Pizza Hut, and all were from the same location, but one, the one I did not make.
I notified Pizza Huts head office, and explained to them the situation, and said, I would seek legal help, if this did not get cleared up. Again, as of this date I have not heard from them either.

I want everyone to know, if you use your debit card with Pizza Hut, be prepared to have it used by someone inside the Pizza Hut stores eventually. They steal your number and use it, and do not care what you think, or even what you will or can do. They promise you privacy, which is a lie. It may have only been $33.91, but its the principle of the matter.

I have ordered Pizzas from them for a long time prior to this matter, but I will never use them again, and will tell anyone and everyone that will listen not to use them, and use their credit or debit cards. I am very dissappointed in Pizza Hut, did not think they would treat a great customer which such little care.
