Hello, I am a frequent customer of Lotaburger at the location on Paradise NW, I have noticed a lot of changes that are not good, There is a new GM that doesn't seem to know what's going on almost every time I go in there she is yelling at employees and very rude. I own a restaurant myself and that is no way to treat an employee. I have not wanted to even go into this location anymore because of how rude she is, however the shift manager there during the day is very nice and helpful and she is the only reason I return to that location and I believe I got her name was Dolores She is one that does know what's going on and knows how to treat a customer. On the other hand the young gal that is the GM Desarai seems to have no idea and looks way to young to be a gm of a big corporation restaurant like I said I own a restaurant and that GM's attitude would never slide. I have complained about this matter to a gentlemen who's name was Mike and all he stated to me was I will talk to her (meaning he will talk to the gm desire) but he didn't seem to caring about it and it really bugged me. I was in line the other day and 2 people in front of me asked for corporates number, they said they were going to complain about the GM that is currently running this store because she is hateful and doesn't know what she is doing. Dolores the shift manager is very very nice and helpful and Us customers hate seeing that crew treated awful just because she obviously can't handle that high of a postion, in my opinion and other customers I have talked to opinion say they think dolores should be a GM she knows what she is doing she is friendly and helpful as to desire who is very rude like I said. Nothing is getting done and this location has gone down since you guys change GM's. I love the whole crew and the managers but as far as the GM when she is there and I see her treat empoyees the way she does and nothing happens to her is wrong and if something doesn't get done about this matter I would like to call target 7 news she is the most hateful GM I have ever seen and to do it in front of customers is not right.
