Wood in the sauce

We purchased Great value pasta sauce at Walmart, made by Unilver. While eating it we discovered hard and shiny, strips of a wood like material. We had already ingested some of these hard wood/wicker type pieces. We threw the rest away, washed the pieces that were large and hard, washed the jar and returned it to Walmart a couple days later. We were ill for a couple days and forced to stay home from having eaten particles of this foreign matter. Walmart referred us to this rude women at Unilver named Lauren.

She has been playing games and not wnating to reimburse us for out of pocket medical exspenses. She ignores our emails and claims she did not get the medical records, after we sent them twice, she then says they have to review the jar, and test the empty jar. We have pieces of the objects we almost choked on and Walmart sent them to her but she is making every excuse in the book to try and not pay our medical expenses that incurred becuase of foriegn matter in thier product. Great Value Sauce not a great value.
