I had breakfast there with a friend and found the staff to be rude, condescending, passive aggressive and hostile. After being shown to our booth, we had to endure the manager of the place all but screaming as he carried on a conversation about supposedly having to declare bankruptcy or some such nonsense. He really seemed to be having what seemed like a fake conversation since it really seemed to be rehearsed and dishonest. I was given my side order of pumpkin bread just prior to getting my breakfast plate and the waitress decided I'd be eating the main course first now since she all but shoved it into my face as I sat there eating my bread. I had preferred to finish that but I guess she had other plans. She could have just set it on the table next to me but she preferred to perform this stunt which I found particularly unwise and hostile. I'd have to think this was done intentionally.

The service was terrible and hostile, and not once was I offered a refill on coffee or did anyone ask if we wanted anything else or even how our meals were. Attempting to pay the bill had the cashier complain I was using a credit card which she then over billed, the "manager" intervened to claim to correct the problem, then asking the cashier as I sat and watched "Is that ok?" then later saying to her "Just keep the $40.00". Any reason the manager would allow her to overcharge me then proclaim right in front of me, keep the man's $40.00, what is that? So it would seem that this was done in concert with the initial dialog about bankruptcy, and it all went hand in hand with me just managing to survive a domestic violence divorce. This was all designed to proclaim that I am an unfit husband, a wife beater, a deadbeat, and likely an infidel as well who does not pay his bills. I found the whole experience insulting and worse. Don't eat there, I'd avoid this place. I sure don't need the social commentary about how I am to blame for having someone attempt to take my life. Least of all from someone who can barely boil water. I mean if they do this, what next, Drano in my pancakes?
