Rip-off! Didn't pay me or my mother for the days we worked., Florida Panama

Miss Linda's Seafood House owes me and my mother for days we worked thay closed down. We have not received any payment for working there. I was supposed to be getting paid $2.13 an hour plus tips. My mother was training she worked from 2 till 10 and was supposed to be getting paid $5.15 an hour. She also was never paid.

The owner on my first check did not take out any taxes and gave me a personal check instead of a business check that I know they have. I would like to be paid for when I worked but just getting this in makes me feel better about the situation. Thank you for your time and consideration in this matter.
