After found out that they are not sending $10 Ruby Tuesday gift card due to their whatever issue, I asked for refund which was charged while purchasing the gift card through site https://www.friendsandfamilycircle.com.
After several emails and phone conversation, all I hear is awaiting confirmation on charge back but never really got refund.
This is just ripoff and I don't trust this company. Just watchout.
