MacDonalds
Extra Charge for Sauce With Nuggets and Poor Service

I work for BWH hospital in Boston. I been using your store # 10478 (can't read on receipt), it's in Galleria. Every time I go there, I get 20pc. Nuggets. They used to give me four sweet & sour. Since last 2 times, they been asking me for extra money. I go to my town (Marlboro), they give me what ever i want. I been paying $5 bucks, your company shouldn't charge extra for sauce. I go to taco bell, burger king, they don't charge xtra for sauce. Also this restaurant has a very very very bad service. Sometimes they laugh & talk to each other when you ordering. I been looking for another closet restaurant to go to, but please reply to me, why every restaurant has a different policy.
