Price for 1 extra BBQ sauce - BBQ sauce

I recently visited your location at 24th & Oregon in Phila., Pa. (#2471 or #2741). The service and the food were fine, but when I asked for 2 BBQ sauces for my Whopper meal (large), I was told that I could have one for free and receive a 2bd for an additional charge. I declined, but this has happened several times recently at other BK, and the charge has ranged from $. 25 to $1.00. What is BK's position on this? I have been a lifelong fan of BK, but being charged for 1 extra sauce has really put me off. As I said this has happened several times. Is this a company policy? If so, what is the price for extra condiments, and where is it posted in the resteraunt? I appreciate any help you can give me with this matter.
