Mr. Hero on day drive in parma. Wanted to get a roman burger to dine in, but there was no air conditioning and the girl Alex was non personable. Not even a smile or thank you. We had to get it to go, which was very inconvenient. This was second time in two weeks that this girl Alex was very rude. It makes me want to go elsewhere.
