Assault on me from restaurant worke

A cafe employee, emily (?) kept calling "Skip" in my experience and got higher and higher when I organized a taco, then she struck me having a dish. I held great handle and that I responded "What"? - she was looking to get me to utilize a dish. Well, just how many dishes to I want - i informed her i previously had one. It had been rude of her - foremore, she attacked me. I talked having a supervisor and also the supervisor simply pushed it down, personally I think, and created reasons for that ladys steps and claims the employee includes a routine to do that - she must have been dismissed instantly. The supervisor offered reasons for your ladys language screen - that is no justification hitting me having a dish. That is attack. Oneday she'll do this towards the wrong individual and get injured. She did not need to be rude. I dont have confidence in assault, but I actually do have confidence in regard and being handled right. She'dnot have enjoy being treated the way in which she handled/talked and hollered at me. Complete ignorance. The employee obviously get voiced to from the supervisor of the event - the girl must have atleast apologized whether she intended it or not. I am sure she knows what an apology is. Complete ignance - indeed, ignance - that is previous being unaware.
