I worked at Sonic for over annually and that I dismissed exactly what was happening. I never said about fifteen-year olds shutting the shop during the night on their own. I never mentioned something concerning the supervisors consuming food constantly without observing the merchandise for that vehicle orders. I never mentioned something concerning the unprofessional discussions the supervisors might have about one another or different supervisors from different shops. I never actually said about the continuous sexual harassment I obtained from my store-manager where he'd inform me togo in to the storage space with him and provide him oralsex and strip teases. He'd have me fold over and clear pipes therefore he might see my underwear. He'd continuously touch girls and create raw remarks stating such things as 'woman, should you choosenot end, I'ma get them titties!' Being a small myself, I had been continuously experience broke verbally and that I was also scared to get rid of my work to express something. It'd become anything of the sport between the supervisors wherever, when shutting the shop (when I preferred to truly have a list of issues I had a need to do before I really could abandon) a might create the GM's title under my todolist, saying I'd to 'do him' before I went home. I indicated my distress often and nothing was actually done about this. I recently recently got dismissed after being wrongly accused of TAKING in the shop. I had been operating drive-thru and visited remember a solution meaning to alter no tomatoes to no lettuce or anything truly easy like this. I told the chefs the change to make sure that it'd be set and scanned for this, clocked off the purchase, and passed the meals from the screen. Evidently, when I visited push the obvious condiments button, I inadvertently pushed the obvious product button. I had been none the smarter until four hours later when my supervisors ripped me external and explained about this. I apologized and informed them I'd happily repair the error which it'dnot happen again. They questioned how I'd be so positive. I told them I'd be much more cautious which easily had a need to remember a solution, I'd cheerfully have one of these come to guarantee the error would not become reoccurring. They stated they required more provision and dismissed me at that moment, getting my strategies for the whole evening. I have been totally lax with exactly what went on within this shop.
