Hellpp mee!!! Hi Everybody! My name is Ashli Auguillard. I am a Jr in Senior School and simply created 16 this summer, therefore I got employment at Sonic drive in in June. I have been workin wonderful there! I get an averagr of 60 bucks in guidelines each day and also have several normal clients who appreciate my support, however it appears that my good perspective and innocense have been cheated from the supervisors there. The shop manager may be the mother-of 18-year old steven whois a supervisor, and he is datint Misty, another manager there. Steven is extremely unprofessional. He badly meets clients together with his top at his legs. He and Misty might continuously examine their intimate matters at the office. I am just sixteen but I realize that they do not follow proper process. They usually screw up my check and that Iam left waiting till the following paycheck to obtain the prior salary. They continuously shut the shop from 5-30 minutes early. Recently I'd been arising short with my income every single day, so I'd need to quit my guidelines. Anythingis uneven about those individuals since I am not alone who's been having this issue. One worker actually explained that I had been impaired easily could not tell that which was happening. A few nights before Steven put cheese at me and that I was frustrated, and so I cursed him out. He informed this to his mom but hadnot described him tossing cheese at me or contacting me a "hoe." I had been dismissed. Everybody at the office was amazed and angry. I assist everybody with anything and maintain their spirits up. I am an incredible carhop and also have a 4.0 GPA at college. I simply do not see why I had been dismissed for cursing. They curse constantly with all workers. Plus, Misty cursed everybody out subsequently stop, and was handed her work back from the store-manager [mom-in law] inside a time. It is because she is the store-manageris boy's partner. There are lots of worse issues that include appropriate issues that continue with this particular location. I actually donot understand what to complete. It'snot right. What qualified organization do I protest to. Support!!
