Lol. Yes ridiculously overpriced and small portions.

After my family and I visited the local DQ the last three times was poor experience and last night was the final straw.

To keep a long story short, I will only discuss our last and final visit to DQ.

After my son's last baseball game we decided to get some Ice Cream. We drove past our Captain Frosty and saw it was extremely busy and decided to go a couple more miles down the road to DQ. Which is located near a baseball park.

DQ may had 2-3 customers sitting indoors and we went through the drive thru. Only one car in front of us and no cars behind us the whole time we were there.

Our order was a chili cheese dog, blizzard and a DQ ice cream sandwich. Order came out to approx. $8.00. Hmm?

Why wife said that kind of expensive and I mentioned about the same as it would cost at Captain Frosty. She said yeah but they portions are huge and you can barely finish it. Hmm.

The car in front was waiting at the window. Ten minutes roll by and my son complained and I said maybe he has a special order and it happens.

Window opens, and the car is handed an Ice cream cone. We laughed at how ridiculous that was. Now our turn.

Blizzard hand over and noticed the price must of increased by $0.50. Bag hand over with the rest. Looking in the bag, my wife said "WTF" and we stared at an DQ ice cream sandwich that was melted and the size of a kiddie cookie.

We turned back. Once inside the manager gave us the "oops" attitude while I am thinking are the employees to incompentent to work at DQ.

He replaced it with one not melted but is was the same ridiculous small size. We said these used to be much bigger and he said they were always that size. Based on his age, that might be the case.

Insult to injury. The skimpy sized sandwich cost $1.59. At Captain Frosty, for the same price, I could have gotten one 3 times that size.

Anyway, aside from the previous two ridiculous prior visit. "Ridiculously" poor portions, poor service and questionable quality sums it up. And never again.

The chili dog was OK but small also.

Goodbye DQ. Not to mention everyone I know around here has one complaint or another. Maybe why they were slow on a busy baseball night throughout Hamburg/Pinckney MI.

Last thing, I tried to contact DQ on their website. I enter the address and it says no records of address. So I could not file my complaint. Odd. Because I got the actual address on the site in the locator section. I gave up bothering.
