Auburn Maine bogus advertising

I couple of weeks ago i was walking through the auburn mall and i spotted a sign that lured me in, proclaiming: "Five minutes or it's free" and under this slogan were several meals to choose from. I ordered one and proceeded to wait 23 minutes for my food. Two women stood and chit-chatted behind the counter, and finally when i got my food from an employee that appeared from out back, i said reminded the two ladies of the five minute guarantee and they simply said, "Oh, it's been more than five minutes?" They sure as hell didn't offer me the "free"part. What bogus advertising.
