"Pizza Hutt" is the only business I have purchased pizza for years. I purchased pizza for my family today on {7th street} here in (Louisville, KY), I did not feel my order was right. In the pass when I ordered pizza, (garlic butter and a pepper was automatically placed in with my order, it was not this time. I contacted the resturant, to be told that this practice did not excist and hadn't for (7 YEARS). The manager told me the after I had been on hold for serveral min. And disconnected. I was upset at this time for the inconvience and told him , "Thats Bull Shit". I asked the manager for his name and he would only give me the name (Justin), he said he did not release his enter name, I qest, to compliants. He said I was cussing him, I was not, I then told him his statement was bogus. He then hung up on me. I, ve been a loyal customer of "Pizza Hutt for year that supasses (7), this is not the treatment I desirve.
