The manager on duty today was kelly and she was so busy cuddled up with another manager (a black guy that works night time) that she left her employees stranded. No food was being handed out but was ready. Another employee (unsure if a manager. A female that had on all black like the manager kelly) took charge and handled us customers. I mean she was the one making all the food and then she had to come up front and hand out all the food! What the heck are you guys paying her for if there is someone else willing and obviously capable of doing the managers job! I have comlained to the gm there before about this! Her name is laura. She told me she would handle this but that was about a month ago! I submitted pictures to her proving what those 2 managers were doing! And yet both of them still have a job. Good job burger king, maybe i should just stop going in there!
